Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the BFCA Connect mobile application and services ("Service") operated by BFCA Connect ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including mentors, mentees, and general members.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share another user's personal information without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

4. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on our Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

5. Mentorship Program

BFCA Connect facilitates connections between mentors and mentees but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any mentorship relationship. Users participate in mentorship activities at their own risk and discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by BFCA Connect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BFCA Connect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BFCA Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
